Nicolas Le Bel

I'm an engineer interested in cryptography, blockchain and AI.

I'm currently working as a senior cryptography engineer at Arcium. Over the past three years I've been the lead on Cerberus, a state-of-the-art multiparty computation library in Rust. Here's a list of protocols I've implemented for it. I also co-authored the Cerberus whitepaper and the Arcium purplepaper.

I studied theoretical and computational physics at ETH Zürich. My thesis work was on the fractality of critical phases in the Potts model. I also worked at IBM Research where I helped develop new explainable neural network architectures.

In my free time I enjoy hikes in the Alps, sourdough baking, and evangelizing lottocracy.
